General Terms & Conditions :
Reservations
for the accommodation/packages has to be made on the basis of Single, Double/Twin and
Triple (Double plus single mattress) occupancy. The reservation request sent to
us in written or sent by mail at info@zuluk.net along with the payment
which is mentioned below.
- Booking Made 91 days or more
prior to arrival
- Total invoice subject to
more than US$1000 or equivalent
- 50
% of the total invoice at the time of Booking
- Balance
payment 61 days prior to arrival
- Total invoice subject to less
than US$ 1000 or equivalent but more than US$ 600 or equivalent
- 75%
payment at the time of making reservations.
- Balance
payment 60 days prior to arrival
- Total invoice subject to
less than $600 or equivalent
- 100%
payment at the time of Booking.
- Booking Made 90 days or less
prior to arrival
- 100% payment at the time of
Booking
To make your payments for accommodation and tours, choose one of the three

- Online Credit Cards payment
through our website (Transaction fee of 3.25% on gross bill amount).
- Bank Draft, kindly ensure
the same is made out in the name of “ INDIA BEACONS SOJOURN” and
marked 'Account Payee' only.
In case
of final payment is not made when due dates, INDIA BEACONS SOJOURN, reserves
the right to treat the reservation as cancelled.
The Tour Price includes
- Twin sharing accommodation
in specified hotel, resort / jungle lodge / homestays is provided on accommodation
only basis unless specified otherwise.
- Transfers and sightseeing as
listed in the itinerary by non AC car /coach for all tours except where
specifically mentioned.
- All currently applicable
taxes. (These are subject to changes without any prior notice)
- International or domestic
air fare or airport tax. Domestic air fare for the tour is given
separately.
- Additional tours and
sightseeing or stays which are not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Items of personal nature
like drinks, laundry, telephone calls etc.
- Insurance of person /
luggage, which tourists must arrange by themselves.
- Monument entry fee.
- Normal gratuities to the
porters, hotel staff and local guides.
General Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing on the name of INDIA BEACONS SOJOURN
and the same is to be mailed at cancellations@indiabeacons.com . Cancellation
fees are applied as per the following schedule:
Cancellation made prior to 91 days or more 20% of the money deposited as
advance or US$ 100 per person whichever is higher.
- 61 – 90 days: 30% of the
total invoice
- 31 – 60 days: 50% of the
total invoice
- 07 – 30 days: 80% of the
total invoice
- 01 – 06 days: Full retention
and will be treated as no show client.
In
certain cases the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the
advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ &
would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / Service
provider. This will be charged over & in addition to the cancellation
policy.
Refund
No refund will be made for any unused services or
other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while
traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the
policy of the carrier/ hotel/ tour company / or other suppliers used for
providing services. Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the
completion of the trip. Due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the
control of the tour operator if any additional services are needed by the
client, passenger will be responsible for his own hotels/lodge/meals and other
expenses. Neither INDIA BEACONS SOJOURN nor the participating suppliers/hotels
will be responsible for the additional expenses. Under no circumstances we
should be held responsible for weather conditions.
Force Majeure Conditions
In case
of cancellation/delay due to force Majeure conditions, the terms and conditions
relation to cancellation charges will not apply and the agency will not pay any
refund. |
